Please note that non-crate trained dogs will incur an additional fee of $25 per night.

Please:
Don’t arrive unannounced
Stay in your vehicle until I come greet you
Don’t wander the property or open gates without permission
-
All boarding and day program clients must complete a scheduled meet & greet before their first booking. This helps make sure your dog is a good fit for the environment and that everyone feels comfortable and set up for success.
-
Pick-up and drop-off must be treated as scheduled appointments — not flexible windows.
Your selected time slot is reserved specifically for you and your dog to ensure smooth transitions and safety for all dogs on the property. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, you must notify me as soon as possible.
Late pick-ups (15+ minutes past scheduled time) may incur a $15 fee.
Early arrivals cannot be accommodated unless confirmed in advance.

⛔ Effective September: No pick-ups or drop-offs on Sundays. Exceptions may be granted in rare circumstances and will incur a $25 surcharge.
-
All dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough).
For safety, a 10-day waiting period is required after any vaccination before your dog can attend Grace K9. This allows time for immunity to build, any possible side effects to surface, and vaccine shedding to subside.
Proof of vaccinations must be submitted before your dog’s first day. Dogs who are not current or within the waiting period will be turned away.
-
To protect the health of every dog in our care:
Dogs must be free of any contagious illness for at least 30 days prior to a stay.
This includes kennel cough, giardia, canine flu, parasites, etc.
Dogs showing signs of illness (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, discharge, etc.) may be denied entry, even if approved previously.
Please also share any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs at the time of booking — honesty here helps me provide the best care.
Cleanliness:
Please ensure your dog arrives reasonably clean and groomed. Dogs who arrive excessively dirty, matted, or with a strong odor may need a bath or groom at your expense — or may be turned away if it’s more serious.Flea & Tick Prevention:
All dogs must be on an active flea and tick prevention plan. Dogs arriving with fleas or ticks will be turned away. -
A single night of boarding includes up to 24 hours of care from drop-off.
For example:
Drop-off at 9 AM Monday and pick-up at 9 AM Tuesday = 1 night
Drop-off at 9 AM Monday and pick-up at 5 PM Tuesday = 1 night + 1 daycare day ($35)
This ensures fair scheduling and care for all dogs.
-
To ensure a calm, safe, and restful environment for all dogs in our care, all boarding dogs must be crate trained.
If a dog arrives and is not reliably crate trained (e.g., extreme vocalization, distress, destruction), an additional disruption fee of $25/night will be applied to account for the extra time, effort, and impact on the environment.
Please be honest about your dog’s crate training experience during the intake process. If your dog needs help with crate training, I’m happy to offer support and guidance ahead of their stay to ensure a positive experience for all.
