Puppy Prep School
Welcome to Puppy Prep School, where we set you and your little furball up for success by building a solid foundation of essential skills and behaviours that will last into adulthood. Our comprehensive 3-week board and train program is designed to give your puppy the ultimate head start, helping them grow into a confident, well-mannered companion while making your life a whole lot easier. During their stay, your puppy will learn new skills, reinforce positive behaviours, and eliminate common unwanted behaviours, all while being safely introduced to the world around them.
Our focus is on building your puppy’s confidence, fostering a clear communication system, and addressing unwanted behaviours such as incessant barking, mouthiness, jumping, and eating things off the floor. Puppy Prep School also establishes a strong foundation in on-leash obedience, covering essential commands like sit, down, stay, recall, place, and introducing heeling and loose-leash walking. We’ll also work on crate training and housebreaking, helping your puppy learn to settle comfortably in a crate and develop good potty habits.
As a dedicated puppy parent, you won’t be left in the dark! You’ll receive regular updates on your puppy’s progress during their stay, along with valuable training tips and strategies to continue their growth at home.
At the end of the program, we’ll personally deliver your puppy back to you and spend time during the return session reviewing everything your puppy has learned. We’ll ensure you feel comfortable with the training system. This program also includes an additional in-home follow-up session to keep you both on the right track.
Our goal is to help you raise a well-mannered, confident pup ready to thrive as they grow, while empowering you with the tools and knowledge to continue training at home for long-term success.

Regular Updates & Progress Reports — Stay connected and informed with photos, videos, and tips.
Training Strategies for Home — Learn how to continue your puppy’s education and build on their new skills.
Personalized Return Session — When your puppy comes home, we’ll spend 1.5 hours with you, reviewing everything your puppy has learned and ensuring you feel confident with the training system.
Follow-Up Support — An additional in-home follow-up session to answer any questions and fine-tune your puppy’s progress.
